By daily inspection of the terrain, inspectors have concluded that in “Nazim Gafurri” street, a business added a part of the object without possessing a permit. The other case concerns paving public space with asphalt without possessing a permit from the competent body therefore damaging the green space.
In both cases, Inspectors of Municipal Order have ordered parties in advance to remove all illegal additions. Since something like that did not happen, the Directorate of Inspection is obligated to intervene, by demolishing additions to objects without a permit and releasing public space for greenery.
