Dear citizens of the Municipality of Prizren,
We invite you to submit your thoughts, comments, and suggestions regarding the “New Regulation on Municipal Taxes”, which can be found at (REGULATION-ON-MUNICIPAL-FEES.pdf). Through this Regulation, the Municipality of Prizren aims to simplify administrative procedures for citizens and businesses. Respectively we aim at:
- Abolition of the annual fee for conducting business activity for all categories of businesses
- Suspension of the issuance of all procedures which have no legal basis
- Reduction of fees of various administrative procedures
The Municipal Tax Regulation will be open for public consultation from February 25 to March 15, 2021. You can send your comments and suggestions in three ways:
- By sending your comments to the e-mail address administra.kpz@rks-gov.net.
- By registering on the Digital Platform for Public Consultation at (platformadigjitale.com/Prizreni/) and commenting on the Regulation directly on this platform.
- In writing, submitting your comments in physical form to the information counter of the Municipal Administration.
Respecting the measures for protection from COVID-19, during this period, we will also organize focus groups with various representatives of civil society and businesses.
