Prishtina, December 18, 2008 – On Thursday the Blind People Association and those with optical defect visited Minister of Energy and Mining (MEM) Justina Shiroka – Pula, and they gave her a acknowledge gratitude for the help that Minister Pula offered to this category since she became a MEM Leader.
By this ocassion Minister Pula acknowledged the Blind People Association Leaders, ensuring them that the help for them will continue even on the future” It’s my pleasure to meet you and I also ensure you that my help for you will be continuous even on the future. You are an important part of our Society that is why you should be treated in this way” said Minister Pula.
On the other hand Head of the Blind People Association Bujar Kadriu was thankful to Minister Pula for the offered help, which help was a huge contribution to them. Meanwhile Mexhit Foniqi Executive Director of this Association confirmed that the help from the Minister made the blind people feel as a society part, saying that such kind of treatment is very rare” The treatment that you gave to us are very rare, this shows the consecration that you have to everyone as a Citizen of Kosovo without discrimination, You made us feel as a part of this Society and that’s the only way we are needful” said Foniqi.
Otherwise, MEM gave some concrete charity for Blind People Association and those with optical defect by furnishing their transport with fuel, and gave them a computer also.
