Ljubljana, 03.09.2024 – The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Kosovo, Artane Rizvanolli, during her participation in the Bled Strategic Forum, held meetings with the Slovenian Minister of Environment, Climate and Energy, Bojan Kumer, and the Minister of Economy, Tourism, and Sport, Matjaž Han.
In the meeting with Minister Kumer, the discussions centered around developments in the energy sector, increase of investments and new capacities in green energy, and especially about wind energy projects.
Whereas in her meeting with Minister Han, the discussions focused on the increase of foreign direct investments in Kosovo, mutual cooperation between Kosovar and Slovenian companies, where Minister Rizvanolli informed about Kosovo’s progress of Kosovo in economic development.
Minister Rizvanolli also emphasized that for the second visit to Slovenia this year, the hospitality was warm and discussions were productive. She also expressed that she is looking forward to welcoming them to Kosovo, hopefully as part of a joint economic forum.
Both Slovenian Ministers expressed their readiness and willingness to further deepen economic cooperation with Kosovo.
