Prishtina, 04.07.2024 – The Minister of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli, hosted in a meeting the Italian Ambassador, Antonello De Riu, and the Head of the Department of Economics, Daniela De Giorgi.
During the meeting, it was acknowledged that Kosovo and Italy maintain good bilateral relations, and it was emphasized that it is time to transform these relations into economic cooperation, particularly through investments by Italian companies in Kosovo.
Furthermore, Minister Rizvanolli and Ambassador De Riu discussed this economic cooperation, focusing especially on investments in new wind energy generation capacities.
Minister Rizvanolli thanked Ambassador De Riu for Italy’s continuous support for the Republic of Kosovo and the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Ambassador De Riu expressed his readiness to further deepen economic cooperation between the two countries in strategic economic sectors.
